In the end, there does not seem to be enough evidence to say for sure that green tea plays a role in weight loss. If you enjoy drinking it though and you follow up with diet and exercise, you might see some weight loss results. Imagine that. Does the weight loss have anything to do with the green tea? I don’t know. It seems that nothing I could find will say for sure that it does. As always, your mileage may vary.
